A wide range of fertilisers, agricultural machinery, packaging equipment, pesticides and and other products are on display at the third international exhibition for the fertilizer and pesticide industry at an expo that opened in HCM City today (June 11).
HCM City-based companies have asked for preferential policies,
including credit and tax incentives, to enable them to produce feedstock
locally and reduce their imports.
Many local companies, especially members of the Viet Nam Pesticide
Association, want to establish joint ventures with Indian firms to
produce high-quality technical pesticides for the Vietnamese market,
according to the association chairman.
